Agenda and Minutes

The parish council meetings will take place on the third Tuesday or third Wednesday of the month alternating between Ansley Village Hall, Birmingham Road and St Johns Hall, Ansley Common except for August when there is no meeting. The meeting times are 7pm until approximately 9pm.

The public can raise any worries or concerns they have for up to half an hour at the start of the meeting, but after this time they cannot speak unless they are invited to by the chairman. If anyone wants a specific item on the agenda or want to speak at the meeting they need to contact the clerk the week before the meeting is due to take place.
